Our automatic debit option (checking account or major credit card) allows you to cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day notice.

One Year Paid in Full

This payment option breaks down to our most economical membership. One payment at the time of joining, and your one year membership is active.

Short Term Paid in Full

We offer a variety of short term paid in full plans. Memberships are available for periods of Six Months, Three Months, Two Months and One Month. We understand that people need flexibility. Whether you are in the area visiting, a seasonal resident, student, or your future plans may take you away from the area. We have a membership that will fit your needs.

Student Rates

The Fitness Zone makes membership options available for students home for
winter break, and during the Summer Season. All other rates apply.

Corporate and City of Gloucester Employee Memberships

Some of the Major Employers in the Gloucester area and the Blackburn Industrial Park have corporate discounts available to their employees. Please inquire to see if you are eligible.
The City of Gloucester offers a payroll deduction option available to all full time employees.

Weekly and Day Passes

Drop in members are always welcomed at The Fitness Zone. If you are here for the day or week, we will have a membership option available for you.

One-on-One Personal Training

No two people are alike and neither are our personal trainers.
When you sign up with a Fitness Zone personal trainer, you’re not only getting an inclusive roadmap to achieve your specific fitness goals, you’re getting a one-on-one advocate who’s passionate about health and fitness. Our Personal Trainers will help you achieve your goals by focusing on motivation, instruction and education for the results you desire.

You have access to some of the very best, highly accredited certified Personal Trainers in the business. They’ll motivate you to give every one of your workouts your personal best, while helping you to set attainable, results-driven goals.

Your Certified Personal Trainer will coach you through your workouts to insure you achieve maximum benefits from every exercise. You’ll learn how to avoid the common exercise mistakes that actually work against your goals, along with the proper exercise techniques necessary in preventing injury.

Your Certified Personal Trainer will teach you about the importance of gaining and/or maintaining lean muscle mass, the difference between body fat loss verses muscle loss, why increasing your core strength is important, how nutrition is a key factor in your overall success and how all of these elements work in combination.

Each of our Certified Personal Trainers maintains the highest standards of expertise and excellence and is certified by a nationally recognized personal training organization. Each trainer has various specialties for every need, including, but not limited to:

– pre and post surgical orthopedic issues including joint replacements, back pain, shoulder and knee problems
– postural and movement assessments
– muscular imbalances, flexibility and heart rate training
– functional, core and strength training

Small Group Training

Small group personal training is more than just a fun, social and economic alternative to one-on-one training. Small Group at the Fitness Zone offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of a one-on-one session. Plus, working out in the same room with others pushes you to a new effort level.
Small group personal training sessions are 55 minutes in length. Custom designed workouts are built in with different levels of fitness in mind. The participants do not have to be at exactly the same fitness levels to benefit from group training. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals in this small group environment.
